2017 Year End Message

Spending time with family around the holidays is an opportunity to appreciate the love around you, as well as ponder what the future holds. Before we turn the page to a New Year, let’s reflect for a moment on 2017.
The Nanny Connection wouldn’t exist without the tireless care of our nannies, and the faith and trust that our families put in us. This past year we’ve experienced unprecedented growth in so many ways, and you have made this possible by sharing your stories and positive experiences with your friends, family and colleagues. We’ve had the amazing opportunity to meet and support so many new families this past year. With the hundreds of applications that crossed our desks, we’ve met incredible providers that have offered quality care to our families.
By adding to our office team, we’ve been able to provide better service to our families and increase our candidate recruiting efforts. We’ve added additional services, like ala carte screening that provides an extra level of security for families finding care on their own. We also helped a record number families and guests visiting Northeast Ohio from out of town for weddings, conferences and event services.
We hope that you share our level of excitement entering 2018. We are ready to meet more families, find greater caregivers, and continue to expand our service offerings for our families. With a solid team to assist our families and efforts to streamline our recruiting, we are poised for additional growth in Northeast Ohio and beyond.
Thank you for your support and your trust in us. Our hope is that we continue to create raving fans that spread the word, in 2018 and many years to come. We appreciate all of you!
