The agency owner and Director is Melissa Ridler. She has a bachelors degree from Kent State University in Family Studies with an emphasis in Child Care and is a devout mother of two young children. Throughout her career, Melissa has worked with children and families in variety of child care and social service environments. Her experience includes teaching children in an accredited day care center, caring for pregnant and parenting teens (along with their young children) in a residential treatment facility. She also assisted families participating in a Head Start program to find parenting, medical and employment resources in their communities. Melissa is passionate about the child care field and understands that, when you cannot be with them yourself, finding quality care for your children is essential.
Bill Ridler is the Director of Sales & Marketing. He has been facilitating the tremendous growth we've experienced at the Nanny Connection. You may speak with him regarding any number of topics, such as expansion & business development, payroll, contracts, event planning and other child-care arrangements.
Tami Wisniewski is our On Call Coordinator, working with both our families and caregivers regarding our babysitting, temp and event care jobs. Tami has a lot of experience working with children and families, and started with The Nanny Connection in 2024. Tami has been an educator for over 7 years, working with elementary-aged children as well as children with special needs. She loves helping children learn and grow, has a daughter of her own and a golden-doodle named Bo! Tami enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and traveling!
