The Nanny Connection is looking for active and engaged parents to join our team. Are you active in your school, PTA, Parent Groups, church/synagogue and community? Do you have an online presence that likes to engage with others? Are you self driven and creative minded? Then you are like us, working to solve childcare problems for working families.
Do you want to earn some extra cash while having fun? Then this may be right for you!
Benefits of joining TNC Army of Moms
- Receive referral fees for quality Nannies/Sitters that you recruit when they work through the agency.
- Receive commission on the sales that come in from Families that you refer our services to.
- You will be a part of our private social media groups, allowing for ongoing training/support of other moms and candid discussions and events.
- Also, while you are active TNC Army of Moms Rep, you are eligible to receive a free annual membership in our On-Call service.
How Does it Work?
- No regular hours, no job responsibilities, just keep doing what you are doing!
- Wear our T-shirts when at the park with the kids, shopping at the mall, or volunteering in your neighborhood. Pass out business cards to those who ask. Maybe even put a Nanny Connection magnet on your car! You would be surprised how many people will ask about it!
- Help us create and/or share content on social media.
- You represent The Nanny Connection very positively to others in public and private.
- The Nanny Connection specializes in finding professional nannies and on-call babysitters. Our ideal families are professionals who need help to find qualified, trusted childcare. Most of our business comes from word of mouth recommendations.

| Can I work for TNC while employed at another job? | Absolutely. Our business was built and continues to grow on the backs of working parents. If you are still active in your community as outlined above, we encourage you to apply. |
| Even if I have a full time position? | Often nurses, teachers, church groups can make the great Enlistment Representatives because they could have abbreviated work schedules and have numerous community contacts. |
| Am I a good candidate if my children are grown and out of the house? | You may be, but we need to know more about you! We review each person individually to decide if you are good fit to join our team. |
| Really, there has to be a catch! What am I missing? | If you are selected to join our team, you are joining the premier childcare agency in Northeast Ohio. We want to spread the word about our services and create Raving Fans all over. There are no gimmicks, just some honest networking that you can earn money for. |
| How much money can I realistically earn? | You can earn extra cash for both recruiting nannies/sitters, as well as bringing in new business. For very minimal work, we think it is achievable to make an extra few hundred per month. But how hard you work is up to you. |
| Is this a Sales or a Recruiting position? | You can definitely earn money for the sales that you help to create, however, there are no cold calls or pushing the benefits of our services to families. However, it is equally important to help recruit (enlist) good nannies/sitters to join our team. Our business thrives on having a good balance of both families and caregivers. |
| Is this an MLM or Home-party type of position? | Absolutely Not! We won't create raving fans by forcing friends and families to use our services. We want people to know about our services, and the benefits we provide to families all over. |
| Will I be limited to a specific area for commissions? | Not at all, any referrals or enlistments you generate within North East Ohio will be credited to you! |
| Is there a salary or medical benefits | There is no set salary, you earn depending on the work that you do. There are no medical benefits associated with this position. |
