Our History
The Nanny Connection opened its doors in Hudson, Ohio in 2004 with the goal of finding qualified local nannies for local families needing full or part time child care. Since then, our services have expanded to include an on call babysitting service and summer nanny placements, as well as a la carte background screening, event childcare and corporate back-up care.
We are passionate to provide a superior service for all your childcare needs. The Nanny Connection is one of the largest nanny placement agencies in Ohio and is a proud member of the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA) and International Nanny Association (INA).

Tami has a lot of experience working with children and families, and started with The Nanny Connection in 2024. Tami has been an educator for over 7 years, working with elementary-aged children as well as children with special needs. She loves helping children learn and grow, has a daughter of her own and a golden-doodle named Bo! Tami enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and traveling!
