Agency fees for services

For families seeking a full or part time long term nanny (typically 1 yr or more commitment)

• Families pay initial search fee based on the placement package selected.  
• When you hire a candidate referred by our agency, the placement fee due is determined by the package selected.

• Replacement period and included babysitting membership are determined by the placement package selected.
• Salaries for nannies usually range from about $25 to $30+ per hour according to their educational background, experience, and job responsibilities.  Salaries and benefit packages should be defined in a work agreement prior to employment. 
• The Nanny Connection will help you in this process!   Families agree to pay nannies weekly or biweekly, with applicable taxes withheld, as agreed to in long term contract.

• Families pay $300 initial search fee.
• When you hire one of the candidates referred by The Nanny Connection, the placement fee is $300.
• Hourly rate ranges between $25 -$30/hr dependent on experience and responsibilities.  Nannies are paid directly by the family.  
• Free membership to our on-call service is included in your $300 placement fee for the term of the placement.

• Families pay $300.00 yearly membership fee 
• There is a $15 booking fee each day the nanny provides care ($40 for a request with less than 48 hours notice).   
• Babysitters are paid directly by the family via cash, check or agreed upon electronic means a rate of minimum $18 per hour for up to 2 children, $1/hr more for each additional child.   
• On call shifts are a 4 hour minimum or equivalent pay.  Split shifts (portion of shift in the morning, then portion in the afternoon/evening) require an additional hour's pay.  
• Overnight rates are typically minimum 1/2 the base hourly rate (excluding infant care)  for the 8 hrs the children are assumed to be asleep.  Overnight infant care rate is minimum $18/hr. 
• Holiday care (New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day) - minimum $24/hr​
• Mileage reimbursement for transportation of children in the sitter/nanny's vehicle should be included in the compensation for any jobs listed above as well as long term positions. Amount is typically the current federal rate or amount agreed upon by the family and sitter/nanny.

• No Membership Fee
• $30/Day booking fee to The Nanny Connection ($40 if booked under 48 hrs to start time)
• Sitter is paid directly at minimum $20/hr. plus valet (if no safe parking available) or parking reimbursement.   If the sitter transports the child(ren) in her own vehicle, mileage reimbursement is in addition to hourly rate. 
• Event care (i.e. weddings, parties, large events, etc) rates may vary, please contact us for rate information.

• Structure similar to babysitting structure above 
• Churches/Synagogues pay $300 yearly membership fee
• For occasional, or regular days per week, there is a $15 booking fee each day the nanny provides care ($40 for a request with less than 48 hours notice).   
• Rate of pay to sitters is minimum $20/hr paid directly to the sitter.  
• Holiday rates, paid parking and cancellation fees apply per above

• The search fee for a summer nanny is $300.  
• When you hire one of the candidates referred by The Nanny Connection, the placement fee is $300.  
• Hourly rate ranges between $25 -$30/hr dependent on experience and responsibilities.  Nannies are paid directly by the family. 
• Free membership to our on-call service is included in your $300 placement fee for the term of the placement.

• Each Family will register as a client and pay the search fee based on the placement package selected.
• There is ONE Placement fee, to be split among all families.  Placement or Booking Fees will match above rates.
• Replacement period and included babysitting membership are determined by the placement package selected.
